How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, visit our Custom Orders page and select the option that best fits your request. Upload your inspiration image(s), provide design details, and complete checkout.
Do I need to provide an inspiration image?
Yes. Inspiration images are required for all custom designs, especially graduation hats and personalized items. Orders without reference images may be delayed or declined.
Are custom orders refundable?
No. All custom orders are non-refundable once the design process begins.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Yes.
Pickup: Treasury Department
Local Delivery: Available for a fee (confirmed after order review)
Can I make changes after approving the design?
Once a design is approved, no further changes can be made.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we offer local pickup and local delivery only within Antigua.

Why does pricing say “starting at”?
Custom designs vary in complexity. Pricing starts at the listed amount and may increase based on design details, materials, or add-ons.
